About me
Dawn LaBrosse started her library career in 2007, receiving her MLIS in 2008 from St Catherine University. After a short stint in law and academic libraries, she knew instantly that her passion was with youth and early literacy. LaBrosse found her dream position coordinating youth programing and acquisitions for Washington County Library. With over 15 years of experience she has written a number of successful grants, presented at various conferences, started successful inter-departmental initiatives, and helped to shape new youth services librarians, all while raising her own children and one really cute dog. LaBrosse looks forward to many more years working in Minnesota libraries sharing her love of early literacy!
